At Touklers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • Returned with the original packaging where possible.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used beauty and personal care products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Touklers will cover the appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
